Time Management: Time management is very important. It is basically the process of effective and controlled control over the TIME we spend on various kind of activities, and to enhance the effectiveness in a dignified way so as to get better results. Good time management helps us in getting good results. It makes us work smarter and smarter. With the help of time management, we get our work done in very little time. With the help of time management, stress will be reduced, and there will be increased productivity.

Psoriasis: Psoriasis is a common, chronic skin disease. It is basically a immune-mediated disease which can cause inflammation in body. It cause the cells of the skin to multiply very faster than the normal and accumulates in the surface of the skin, causing the red, scaly itchy patches.
