Boredom-How to get rid of it

Boredom is a common problem that can happen to anyone.  It can be caused by many things, like lack of sleep, depression, or even a lack of stimulation.  When someone is bored, they may be looking for something to do in order to alleviate the feeling of boredom.  A person may find themselves scrolling through social media or watching TV until they find something that interests them.  Boredom is the worst feeling in the world. It makes us want to do anything to get rid of it.  The problem is, we don't realize how important boredom can be. Boredom can be a sign that your mind needs a break from whatever you are doing.  When we are bored, our brain starts to wander and explore new thoughts and ideas that it might not if you were busy with something else.  Boredom is the state of feeling uninterested in, and disengaged with, one's surroundings.  It is often a result of having nothing to do or not being entertained. Boredom is also a great opportunity for self-reflection and learning
