The word anxiety comes from the Latin word "anxietas" which means "uneasiness, apprehension, or worry". It is an unpleasant emotional state that often occurs when a person perceives a threat to their well-being.
Anxiety is a feeling of fear, unease, and worry. It can be caused by many different things including: stress, trauma, or abuse. It is the state of being worried and nervous about something.
Anxiety is a mental health disorder characterized by feelings of tension, worried thoughts, physical distress, and an inability to focus on anything else. It is a feeling of worry that can be both general and specific.
It is the result of a perceived threat and it can be caused by many different things. Anxiety usually has physical symptoms such as increased heart rate, tense muscles, difficulty breathing, and shakiness. It can also have mental symptoms such as panic attacks or obsessive thoughts.
Some people get anxiety from their job or school work while others get it from relationships or their personal lives. This article will explore some ways to help deal with anxiety in your life.
There are many ways to deal with anxiety. Some people find it helpful to practice breathing exercises or take medication. Others find that talking about their feelings helps them feel better.
The first step to dealing with anxiety is to identify the triggers and avoid them as much as possible. The next step is to not let anxiety get in the way of everyday life. Find ways to make it more manageable by talking about it with friends, family, or a therapist.
There are many types of anxiety disorders and they are caused by different factors. The most common types are generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and specific phobias.
The most common form of anxiety disorders is generalized anxiety disorder (GAD). GAD is characterized by excessive and unrealistic worry about everyday things for at least six months.

No Anxiety. No dreams of animals, accidents.
