A lot of people say that the key to happiness is to stop focusing on what you don't have and start appreciating what you do have. This is a good point but there are also other things that can help you be happier.

One way that has been proven to make people happier is by doing something nice for someone else. It doesn’t matter how big or small it is, as long as it's something nice for someone else, it will make you feel better about yourself and make the other person feel better too!

Smile: Be aware of yourself. Think about what is important for you. Observe your Negative beliefs, habits, feelings and thoughts and then remind yourself that these negative beliefs, habits, feeling, thoughts etc are not for you. You deserve only happiness and you have to be happy always. Just Smile, Smile and Smile and again Smile, Smile and Smile. Try to Focus on positive thoughts. Yes you can do it. Whenever you feel negative, Smile, Smile and Smile. Replace your negative thoughts with the positive thoughts and Smile. Make list of your Abilities and Strengths. Help others whenever you can and how so ever you can. Enjoy every moment of your life. Always remember if we are happy then only we can make others happy.
